After joining the company in 2006, O'Neal implemented a branding shift in the New Balance stores toward consistent messaging in both the independent and corporate stores through developing visual merchandising standard and marketing/P-O-P programs. Her accountabilities include visual merchandising, graphic design, store planning, and packaging development.
Since O'Neal joined New Balance in 2006, the company's new store design in 2008 received honorable mention from Chain Store Age Magazine as well as a Special Recognition for Green Awareness Award in the 2008 A.R.E. Design Awards.
